This reply is too cryptic.
"Let us remember that no man can borrow money, as a good business transaction, under any system, unless he has the required security to make the lender whole in case he should lose the money. What a stupendous wrong is this—that a man having credit cannot use it, but must exchange it and pay a monopoly price, which is really for the privilege of using his own credit!"

His reply suggests to me that we're dealing with an arrogant fuck who isn't interested in learning. I could be wrong -- but I doubt it.

I could say the same thing to you about your worldview. What of it? You're just pouting about the meaning of deductive logic. Yes, we all think we are right, we all think the other party is wrong, except for the class of people who think that nobody is right, and anybody who thinks he is right is wrong (sarcasm).

Yes, and? You haven't advanced beyond that. Are you willing to consider that you might be wrong?

Since you seem to refuse to put forward a position, methinks you are already mindful of that possibility, and don't want to engage us on that level.

I put forward a position and nodeity seemed to blow a fuse over it -- I'm not the one not engaging (see the other thread).

"I put forward a position"

What position? So far you've only made vague propositions about what you think government is.

If you think it's vague, you can ask me for clarification in the other thread, see my last reply to nodeity.

I want to learn why you'd reject a form of consensual mutual cooperation merely because I tacked the word "government" onto it. It seems like you are irrationally clinging to hatred of that word. Not that I don't have sympathy for why you don't like it.

This is the difference between a concept and its instances again. Pay attention this time.

What everyone points at when they say "government" is most definitely NOT consensual, mutual or based on cooperation. The fact that what you point at when you say "government" is consensual, mutual and based on cooperation (according to you) indicates that either you are probably not using the word properly (and hence not pointing at the same things we are), or you are not observing what you are pointing at properly.

Why do you assume that if someone disagrees with you, then they must not be paying attention?

Yes, well, I'm quite aware of what most people think, not too interested in what the monkeys are up to and I don't get my concepts from them, nor my definition of "properly." I'm too arrogant for that ;)

If you are not willing to use terms in the way everyone else does, how the fuck do you expect us to understand you?

You're quite the zealot, aren't you? No, I'm not being dishonest, you're just afraid.

If you guys check the Social Organization thread, SJW just admitted he's a minarchist. He's one of those "every piece of land a fiefdom" guys.

I am *not* a minarchist. A minarchist will assert *his* rules onto *your* land.

Do come back some day when you've learned the meanings of the words you're trying to use. For now, your combination of dishonesty and ignorance make your postings not worth another moment of my time. Goodbye.
