New sub-section: Antinatalism

I totally forgot where the hell I'm supposed to post proposals for new sub-sections. Maybe we should make that more clear or something. Anyhow, I would like to sponsor a new sub-section called Antinatalism from the Philosophy category. We have a small burgeoning community in need of a forum, so... there you go.

If a subtitle is necessary, make it "Partying our way into extinction." It's from a pretty famous article by Peter Singer (urgh) on antinatalism.

I will be moderator until further notice. I'd like Jim Crawford to admin it instead if he wants to, but he's not a board member yet, and he said he wasn't too interested in looking into it at the moment.
