Osama bin Laden is Dead

[cynical irony] U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.! [/you'll notice there's no valid closing tag]

Why is Bin Laden dead and George W Bush is still alive? There is no God.

Also, the main lesson I get from this is: never become a foreign agent for the US government. Because they will kill you as soon as you stop being useful to them. Saddam Hussein, now this.

Then again, it is typical American way of thinking: exploit something until it's no longer useful, then kill it.

Do we have actual evidence that they killed him?

I know this is silly, but what if they actually didn't?

We don't have evidence but they claim to have evidence confirming his identity to a very high degree of probability, including DNA, facial recognition, and eyewitness testimony, according to this article: http://www.freep.com/article/20110505/N ... |FRONTPAGE

As far as I know, Al Qaeda hasn't disputed the claim that he was killed. Of course, that is merely suggestive. It occurs to me that, if he was still alive, he and his circle might be pleased to let the world think that he was dead -- at least for now.

However, the official story doesn't seem to me to be particularly unlikely.

Yea, it wouldn't make much sense for them to not kill him and claim they did.
