Huntington's Disease is where you have weird movements and lack coordination. Both of which are symptoms of AS. I use to have a pretty bad tic, it's gone away for the most part, aside from the finger thing, but I cover it up pretty well. I'm not as clumsy as I used to be. It isn't Huntington's Disease though.

I thought most aspies lacked coordination and walked funny. So is it a name for what is exclusively an AS symptom or is it also a seperate thing itself?

Yeah, except I'm probably not neurotypical in at least one respect. The stuttering is probably a "wiring problem". If so, I don't know if it would be something in the brain or in the nerves between the brain and the muscles used in speech. The last I heard, they don't actually know what causes it. If you saw me at a bad moment, struggling to make a sound while my face contorted bizarrely, you'd not assume that I was neurotypical.
