-shrug- I snatched it out as it was writ and now it cannot be found.

As it turns out, you did not. You snatched all but the first letter, changing learn to earn. I pointed it out to you immediately and you chose to ignore it.

Probably because making the change doesn't make the quote any less ridiculous; they both earn the desires and learn them. Indeed, the latter is often a requirement for the former.

Incidentally, that thread is yet another where Hayduke stalled the discussion, by refusing to respond to my points.

It takes some real imagination to convert evidence of your own failures into evidence for someone else's.

Interesting how Tom takes my comments and turns them around, as if he thought of them himself. In some quarters this is called plagiarism!

At the least, it demonstrates a lack of imagination.

Prolly thought it was a typo and corrected it mistakenly; forgive me.

I was talking about how you accuse me of dropping the ball, when it's quite patently the case that you have been the only one who has done so.

Oh dear Rand, he's not human... Hayduke must win some kind of Lifetime Achievement Award. His output is just incredible.

You know, if you're not going to say anything, you could save everyone a lot of time and trouble by keeping your hands in your lap, where they can a least have something to play with.

If Franc wasn't going to say anything he wouldn't. Or did you mean the whole "If your'e not going to say anything nice then you shouldn't say anything at all". If the latter is the case, then maybe you're on the wrong forum.

For worst post ever I still think "The concept of the individual is an illusion" is the best one.

I guess you haven't followed the Buddhism exchange. Tom will tell that this is one of the fundamental precepts of Buddhism and Taoism... and quantum physics.

I dont give a fuck about what buddhism and taoism say about it.

But please tell me Hayduke, what does quantum physics say about the concept of the collective?
