Simplest & cheapest solution and no need to enter BIOS: take out the offending graphic card (it is only one screw holding it in place, and one tab on the slot if it is AGP, and it'll slide right out). The BIOS should then automatically re-enable the integrated video. Uh, but first turn off the computer before you open it up... (I think you are smarter than that, but I have had to tell people before...)
