It's like a 4-corner classroom. The ceiling and floor are the top and bottom, the four walls are the four sides, and the vertical edges where the walls intersect are the four corners.

The classroom rotates horizontally, about a central vertical axis. So for instance, Earth rotates as a Time Cube, and Earth has 4 simultaneous days within only 1 rotation of Earth.

Therefore, the government regards the truth of Time Cube as some kind of violation or abuse of free speech, EVEN THOUGH Time Cube should rightly be included as a legitimate use of free speech.
