I watched The Office a few times but it just didn't "click" with me so now I don't bother.

I still like House. In addition, I enjoy Hell's Kitchen, Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares (both the UK version and the newer American version), and Iron Chef America.

I prefer to watch Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares on the Food Network rather than on Fox or some other American network. In Canada, language on the Food Network shows are uncensored so we can experience Chef Gordon Ramsey in all his foul-mouthed glory.

Profanity by Ramsay at the chefs, and sometimes even at the customers, is quite frequent on the show. Due to regulations in the United States regarding profanity and broadcasting, the episodes as aired in the United States employ bleep censoring and pixelization to mask the profanity.

In Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Norway, Finland, Korea and the Netherlands, all the profane language is transmitted uncensored. After the season is complete it is aired in the UK a few months later. It airs after the UK 9pm watershed and therefore all profanity is also transmitted uncensored.

But whats #6?

Also, Im surprised that you ranked The Office above The Office. I was sure that you would have ranked The Office above The Office instead.

These days, my wife likes murder mysteries and dramas about people who suffer a lot and somehow rise above it all. Me, I like shows about food. The way I see it, food is simply better than death.

If you watch one episode of The Office and you're not rolling of laughter I will refund you fully.

I very rarely laugh at any television show, except Family Guy, but The Office NEVER fails to make me laugh every damn minute. It's the most hilarious show ever made in the history of shows.

I do have to admit that a part of the humour comes from our understanding of the characters and their history, especially when you get into season 3. But any first season episode should be good.

The first season was when I started trying to watch it.

That's a distinct possibility.
