How to improve parking spaces

Postby Hierophant » Fri Jan 15, 2010 15:56

I decided to think about how to improve parking spaces. In fact, because trucks are bigger and bigger, it has become impossible for some people to see the traffic around them. This is a dangerous state of affairs.

Here is my idea:

Instead of marking the middle, the horizontal lines now mark the limits within which you should park. Theoretically, everyone should then be at the same level and should be able to see traffic equally well.

Thats Good Idea to utilizes the parking spaces. but in this scenario I think you are providing more space so parking style may be improved but parking space. Here I am including the flowchart of the parking space. how to do the parking or how to over come from the parking.

Are you seriously telling me that parking lines painted on the ground have more meaning than lines people draw between countries on a world map? I guess I'll have to revise my anarchist parking philosophy.

Well at least they sometimes follow rivers or watersheds or something of that nature. Parkings lines on the other hand seem to be completely arbitrary. I feel like I should park my car in whatever location and orientation seems appropriate to me when I go to the supermarket, n'est-ce pas?

You do realize, I hope, that anarchism doesn't necessarily mean the rejection of all conventions and rules of social behavior. Some people do ignore the lines and park just anywhere but there are benefits to following the social convention of using a designated parking space. If everyone parked just anywhere, I'd avoid parking lots because I'd be likely to get boxed in and be unable to leave when it suited me.

I feel that jokes are often not as apparent to the jokee as they are to the joker in the absence of facial expressions and other nonverbal cues.
